This is especially true for the bigger cities. In big cities, life is tough, and the day-to-day load of tasks can stress out even the calmest of minds.

Numerous mental health care institutions and professionals operate currently. However, people often tend to avoid going to them. The reason is that they don’t want to accept the fact that they have a mental health-related problem.

San Jose, California, is among the cities that too have residents affected by mental health.
