Angela Grau

My name is Angela Grau and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice is centered around the idea that the most important relationship we have is with ourselves. It is crucial that we explore this relationship with authenticity, curiosity and compassion. You can expect my sessions to feel warm, welcoming, collaborative and creative. I work with you to build deeper insight into your current stressors or symptoms and to uncover the tools you need to move through them.
I have worked in this field for 8 years in substance use rehabilitation programs, outpatient clinics, community settings and hospitals.
My aim is to provide space for you to feel supported and heard while being challenged to show up for yourself in new ways.
