My approach is both compassionate and direct. I aim to cultivate an atmosphere of caring curiosity with the goal of increasing self-awareness, establishing more effective coping strategies, and enhancing self-compassion.

I use evidence-based techniques including mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
