I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Within my counseling, I foster an atmosphere of understanding, safety, and honesty that provides the foundation for healing and personal change.
I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and practices to create a personalized and collaborative approach to support my clients in the difficult challenges of life, as they seek healing, growth, and more meaningful relationships. My clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, relational conflict within couples and families, trauma, grief, and issues related to life transitions and crisis.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years working in the field of Student Development where I was able to support the holistic growth of college students through mentoring, teaching, and crisis intervention. I also have earned a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot Theological Seminary at Biola University. This education supported my training as a spiritual director and allowed me to further understand the integration between psychology and spirituality in supporting life-long personal growth.
I am passionate about helping others find healing, as they move towards thriving personally and within their relationships. In my therapy, I find that clients feel my genuine concern for them and my interest in supporting their journey towards becoming their best self.
Currently I work under the supervision of Jennifer Stubblefield, LMFT (#81059) at a private practice in Tustin, CA. I would be happy to speak with you on the phone for a free consultation call to explore how therapy could support your during this time.
