Working with young adults (20s/30s) trying to find their way is my specialty. Young adulthood is a time for establishing who you are and what you want out of life. Sometimes these things get clouded by outside input. You find yourself pursuing a job, a person, or an ideal because your parents, friends, or society say it’s right for you, not because you find fulfillment or joy in it. You feel limited by the constraints of society, which have become the constraints of your mind. I want to help open you up to the possibilities in your life. I want to help you see that you don't have to live by society's rules. Together, we will explore your core values and beliefs so that we can find a way for you that works. Not society's way, but your way- because you deserve to live a life that honors your beliefs, your values, and yourself!
