Tricia Isenstein

Tricia Isenstein, MA, LPCC began Creative Counseling, LLC in Lexington, KY in 2011. She has been working in the counseling profession since 2002. Tricia brings a wealth of experience and education and most of all, genuine empathy, to assist clients on their paths to healing. Tricia is client-centered, meaning that the treatment plan is tailored to each client's needs.
Tricia uses a variety of research-driven methods. These include CBT, ACT, EFT, Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and others.
