Thank you for taking the time to learn who I am. It takes a lot of courage to reach out & be willing to grow psychologically. I have been on your side of the couch, and I know how helpful therapy has been in my life as well as the life of many clients!

My counseling education comes from social work as well as life. I have a psychodynamic foundation, which means we will see how your past is affecting the way you interact in the world now. I believe in Humanistic theory as well as cognitive therapy, incorporating skills education and mindfulness as well as Gestalt, Jungian, Emotion Focused and other theories to assist us in understanding you and what you need.

I work well with mood disorders, self esteem building, relationship improvement, communication skills and restructuring thoughts that lead to dissatisfaction. I also like assisting people to cope with life transitions, grieving, and codependency .
