With over 35 years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Antioch University, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. I am an interactive therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges.
My philosophy is that Emotional Health and Wellness are a natural state of being. My methods and treatment approaches are designed to direct clients to their natural state of happiness and well-being. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Expressive Art techniques are utilized to heal unresolved past trauma without re-traumatizing or reliving the past. Mindfulness Therapy and Law of Attraction concepts are utilized to teach more effective ways of focusing thoughts to to attain greater life satisfaction.
