Bio

I am a licensed psychologist, leadership coach and career counselor with expertise in empowering individuals and groups to recognize their strengths, create successful action plans and realize satisfying and dynamic lives and careers. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety and stress, self-esteem, intimacy, expression of emotion, intercultural/intracultural relationships, dialogues and fitness goal issues. My therapeutic approach is based in interpersonal process therapy which helps clients improve relationships, increase coping skills, enhance problem solving and communication skills and reduce self-destructive or self-sabotaging behaviors.

I have a passion for developing leadership skills and creative solutions for emerging and existing leaders. I have held multiple leadership roles in academia including an Assistant Dean position at Stanford University. In addition, I completed leadership training at Stanford University, Wharton-San Francisco and Leadership Houston. My leadership style combines authenticity, integrity and creativity while governing values embrace connection, individual uniqueness and integrating theory and application from atypical, emerging fields. I also have a passion for career counseling and helping clients find effective career solutions. Typical clients I see are experiencing burn out career transitions, conflict in the workplace, identifying management style and/or a lack of work/life balance. I can help you to create a career that aligns with your experience, skills, qualities and life values.
