There are times in life when you feel stuck, sad, angry, or indifferent. In these times, it is helpful to have a non-bias party be a mirror on your journey to becoming the best version of you that you can be. There are also times when clients have identified that familial traditions have held them captive or even hindered their growth. Processing those things will help you to identify the best path for you as you move forward to your big picture. I would love to assist you on that journey of becoming a better you.
I have experience in counseling families, couples, and individuals (both children and adults). I believe that the mind, body, and environment all work together to assist our growth so I use mindfulness techniques in therapy to consider them all.
