Bio

I am a psychotherapist and life/career coach in private practice. I offer psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities to those who are experiencing challenges in their relationships or seeking relief from stress, substance abuse, anxiety, or depression. People see me for a range of issues including help with stress, anxiety, and depression, marital and family discord, communication skills, developing appropriate boundaries, building self-esteem. I would like to help you overcome these challenges.

I am also the author of “Awaken the Power Within You”, a book based on the Intentional Life Power Program, a program I developed through my practice for people need help with the challenges of clinical issues or achieving life goals.

I am ready to help you overcome whatever challenges you have in your life. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I employ Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and EFT techniques. I also offer counseling sessions online via Skype or FaceTime.
