Bio

I attempt to create a calming, safe, supportive space that also allows for some humor. I am both guiding and collaborative. Together we will create a plan, practice skills, and find solutions so that you can live the life that you desire.

Together we will explore how we can often times feel stuck and uncertain. Even when we have a plan, there are still many unknowns and not knowing is hard. I help you learn to give yourself grace for where you are in this moment, while giving you tools to move forward.

I specialize in working with people who are trying to navigate the ups and downs of life, helping them resolve their shame, insecurities, and imposter syndrome. I have significant experience working with trauma and I love working with moms in various stages of their maternal mental health.
