Bio

Are you a high functioning professional who is feeling exhausted, anxious, frustrated or unhappy? Overwhelming demands of the job (and balancing a home life), can leave you feeling drained, on edge, and interrupt your sleep and ability to take good care of yourself. It can also limit your time to connect with friends and loved ones, have fun, and do the things you used to enjoy. You may be having some medical issues that are stress-related. Therapy can help. My medical background, experience counseling professionals and executives, and the use of time-tested techniques, can help you turn things around.

Although you’re good at what you do, it may be coming at a price. We’ll address that, using approaches that will help calm your mind and body. This will create more emotional room for you to de-stress, recognize triggers, restore good sleep, and give you more peace. You’ll have more time for your interests, your relationships, and whatever brings joy.

I am trained in EMDR, which works on a deeper level, to release stress, trauma, anxiety, etc., as well as cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness tools, which are all time-tested. These tools, along with our commitment to work through your pain, make me a good fit to help you heal.
