About Me
Sometimes the world can feel overwhelmingly negative and makes us want to crawl under the covers and avoid life because it’s just too hard. Sometimes we have a life changing event, one we either didn’t ask for or want, or one that we wanted but now we don’t know how to deal with the changes that come alongside it. Avoidance, sadness, hopelessness, fear, loneliness —these are issues that all of us struggle with and there are times in our lives when we need help coping. Asking for help is about realizing you deserve to live a life that feels good.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and exhausted at the thought of making one more decision or facing another day without completely falling apart. I also know how vulnerable and nervous I felt when asking for help, but learning that I wasn’t alone, that my thoughts and feelings weren’t uncommon- was such a relief and I can help you get that too.
You can feel hopeful again. You can feel excited again. You can feel in control again. Reaching out isn’t easy, but I encourage you to do so because I care about your suffering and want to help you find your courage and confidence. We will work together in a space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and where you will not be judged.
