About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been practicing counseling for 9+ years in the field. I practice in Boulder, CO, and my office is approximately a 10 minute drive from the University of Colorado (Boulder location) and 10 minutes from the Pearl Street Mall.

I have a wide variety of clinical experiences (see “About Me” for more information) and am currently most passionate about working with adult clients. I work with individuals 18+ and am well versed in problems faced by adults (especially young adults) including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss concerns, relationship issues, and trauma. I am upfront with clients, I have ADD myself and can understand from a personal and clinical level how to help clients gain a better understanding and mastery of ADD/ADHD symptoms. With over 9 years having worked with predominantly with children and teenager clients, I offer a wealth of knowledge to parents who are struggling to better support and understand their children/teenagers. Having started a business from scratch in two different cities (Arlington, VA) and (Boulder, CO), I also thoroughly enjoy working with entrepreneurs and can appreciate the wide range of challenges (in all aspects of life) that come along with creating a new business or working at a start-up company - if you are looking for a supportive and understanding person in your life. I love for the opportunity to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community as well.

You can read more about my areas of expertise in the "therapy services" section of the website.

If you are hoping to use insurance for sessions, I am credentialed with Anthem BlueCross BlueShield insurance, United, and Cigna in the state of Colorado.
