Before I became a therapist, I was a mindfulness meditation teacher. I saw that it was so therapeutic for myself and others that I decided to go to graduate school in order to incorporate it's power into a professional practice. That is exactly what I have done. I use an innovative type of mindfulness (The Unified Mindfulness System) as the foundation of my practice along with CBT and a mindfulness-centered EMDR type of approach. I see amazing results and witness seemingly hopeless people become free from their suffering. I specialize in OCD, sugar addiction and other addictions, (shopping, smoking, etc.) but do not work with drugs or alcohol as an online therapist. I get great joy from witnessing other people's dramatic and positive changes.
