My nurturing and empathic presence creates the space needed to help you identify, understand, and move beyond what is keeping you from experiencing a deeper sense of inner peace. I assist people to connect back to their true essence of who they truly are at their core. I help people identify any blocks and release things from their past to help them move past feeling stuck in old challenges.

I help people enhance their awareness by tuning into what their mind, body, and intuition or gut feeling is telling them, to help people work through challenges. My result- oriented approach supports you in getting aligned and connected to your inner wisdom to help you access your highest potential and move forward in your life.

I support people in working through interpersonal and relationship challenges. I use a rational and heart centered approach to support couples in expressing their feelings, identifying needs, feeling heard and helping partners to get their needs met. I create safe space for people to process their thoughts and feelings, to help people identify relationship patterns and bring awareness as to the underlying communication patterns that hold people back in relationships. I help couples transform their communication, build greater emotional intimacy, and work through past resentments to help couples strengthen their foundation with one another and bring new depth to their partnership and/or marriage.

I also have specialized training and experience helping parents who have children with disabilities, such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have a specialty in providing counseling and behavioral support to help at-risk children.

I use a wide variety of interventions, including: CBT, Mindfulness Based CBT, Non-violent Communication (NVC), hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Family Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT.

For people suffering with anxiety and mood imbalance, I also offer “Heart Math” a form of biofeedback that helps to repatterning the nervous system to reduce anxiety and distress.
