Bio

Let’s be honest… talking about your mental health with a stranger is not easy! Yet; I’m here to provide a space for just that.
Getting started in therapy may seem unnatural in some ways, but I believe that the benefits are so great that everyone should give it a chance! I look forward to the chance to get to know you and create an environment where you feel safe to be authentic and vulnerable.

Specialties: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, interpersonal issues, DBT, CBT. I view mental health care as a holistic experience that involves mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I enjoy collaborating with other professionals to find the treatment approach that works best for each client!

Mental health issues can be extremely confusing and complex. However, no one should have to navigate those issues alone. The chance to reach out for help can be life-changing, and I hope you will choose to take a step towards recovery, no matter how terrifying it may be.
