Bio

Now accepting new patients, children, teens, and adults. I specialize in using very insightful and creative approaches supported by scientific evidence. Change is hard to make and maintain. Improving motivation and engagement are the leading factors in mental health improvement. Using games, role-playing games, and gamification – therapy becomes engaging! Turn your problems into objectives that can be solved. Play is a natural way to learn and it makes great therapy for everyone especially adults. We all want to reach our goals and level up. Therapy that’s fun helps people make lasting and meaningful change.

Everyone is different and the treatments are too. I specialize in finding what works best and keeping it interesting so you want to keep making changes. You will have access to various treatment options such as gamification, reward system, CBT, role-play gaming and more. I prefer to use treatments that are shown to be beneficial in scientific reviews.
Therapeutic role-play gaming, gamification, and reward systems have shown to be beneficial to individuals with ASD, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression and social anxiety, and phobias. My practice is open and affirming to all individuals. Healing shouldn’t be hard or boring. Self-improvement can be both engaging and fun.
