Bio

Since becoming a mom of twins (2 years ago now!), I have found new passion for supporting parents of multiples and have gotten training in postpartum mental health issues. Parenting stress can strain relationships, and so I have become passionate about supporting couples working through difficult transitions such as parenthood.

I am so honored to be helping people transform their lives and relationships. I have always felt called to help people heal from trauma and regain the power and happiness in their lives. At the heart of everything I do, I am a trauma therapist that believes everyone can heal and have fulfilling lives no matter what they have been through.

Here are the populations I absolutely love helping:

• I love empowering parents of twins/multiples, new moms & many other women working through mom guilt and parenting pressures, anxiety, loneliness, stress and finding a way to feel good about their identity/ role changes. I also help women work through their birth stories whether anticipated or when things didn’t go as planned.
• Highly Sensitive People and Empaths
• Women that have experienced trauma (childhood abuse/neglect, domestic violence, sexual assault, birth trauma, & emotional abuse)
• Couples struggling to feel connected & enjoy each other because life obstacles have gotten in their way

There is hope for anyone feeling alone and struggling with the stress and overwhelm of difficult life circumstances. I have many free resources on my facebook page Twin Mom Power and meet people where they are at, from the comfort and convenience of their homes and offices using secure video sessions. No need to hassle with traffic, schedule a babysitter, and stress about finding the place! You can show up on your own couch with a baby in your arms and still get the support you need. I’m here to help you and I know things can be a lot better.
