I believe change happens when we’re able to have compassion for ourselves and the situations we are in. A major component of my counseling is collaboration with clients – I enjoy working in the area where my knowledge and your experiences meet to create a plan for change that will best fit you. My first goal is always to make sure YOU feel comfortable. I engage with humor, warmth, and validation for your unique life experiences to build trust in our therapeutic relationship. I approach your concerns through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy to create a custom and collaborative plan to reach your individual and/or relationship goals. While changing the patterns we've known for years can be challenging, I'm here to give you a safe space to explore what else life has to offer.
