I have been through some inevitable life experiences that lead me to counseling/therapy. I can remember feeling like no one understood what I was going through. I felt alone, lost, and that my world was shattered into a million pieces. Asking for help was hard, but I am so glad I did! The positive transformation that occurred during my therapeutic process is why I chose to become a clinical psychologist.
