I am a firm believer that change is always possible and that is what I believe good therapy does, it empowers you to make the changes you want in your life so that you can live your best life.
I believe in therapy that focuses on your present challenges rather than dwelling on your past. We touch on your past but we don’t stay there. We focus on the concrete actions that you can do today to start getting the results you want. All my clients describe me as warm, supportive, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. I like to use whatever tools will be helpful for my clients in achieving their goals but my main clinical training has been in TEAM-CBT, Mindfulness, and Christian Counseling. I have many years of experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, relationship issues and stress management.
