Sandee Nebel

Sandee Nebel, LMHC, CEDS-S, RYT is the owner of the White Picket Fence Counseling Center, a mostly virtual online therapy practice. Her “brick and mortar” offices are located in Altamonte Springs and Clearwater, Florida. Sandee is a known expert in helping adult mid-life women who are experiencing struggles with ever-present stress, self-image, body image and emotional eating. She recently launched the Better Body EsteemⓇ program, which incorporates yoga with talk therapy, guided imagery, and journaling.

Along with seeing clients in her private practice, Sandee supervises and facilitates clinical trainings to new counselors, yoga teachers, and colleagues. She provides supervision, staff training, consulting and counseling to inpatient and residential treatment centers, IOP programs, and graduate students.

Sandee is a sought-after speaker on an extensive list of wellness and business topics presented to corporations, government agencies, and health and academic settings.

Sandee received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, a certified eating disorder specialist and approved supervisor (IAEDP), and a certified and registered yoga teacher and educator.
