Relationships hold an extraordinary amount of power in our lives, and having a trustworthy relationship with a therapist can fortify your ability to tap into that power and transform it into growth. Couples, individuals, and families come to therapy to address challenges that often feel overwhelming and scary. Together, we can work at your pace towards creating room to process difficult emotions, and utilize relationships as a vessel for healing. During this period of quarantine, we can do this remotely via phone or video.
I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages to expand understanding, love, and respect in relationships--even if, for the individual, that expansion happens within the relationship to oneself. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals, strengths, and road blocks in order to assist with long-term growth and healing.
Beginning therapy is often a difficult choice, and it can bring with it feelings of anxiety and paralysis; but these don't need to stop you from becoming your best self, partner, or parent.
