Following my time as a student athlete at UC Berkeley, I began a career in Human Resources. After spending time in the corporate world coaching and training Executives, I realized my deep passion for helping others. I started to notice that pressure, stress, and perpetual busyness lingers in many of our lives and people are craving ways to feel more connected and be more present. Working with Adults, Couples, and Adolescents, I offer a relationship based form of psychotherapy while often integrating several experiential healing modalities such as meditation, visualizations, mindfulness exercises, journaling, and homework assignments.
