I enjoy providing individual and group therapy to help learn how to change bad behaviors, thought patterns, or emotions. I have a wide range of experience working with  children, teens, and adults, to couples, and families. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Clinical Tele-Mental Health Provider & Tele-Mental Health Certified.
