Prefer help from a therapist who is also a part of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer community? Worried that most therapists will not truly understand you or that you will have to censor yourself in therapy because of the type of relationship or intimacy you enjoy? I had these same concerns and they motivated me to become a psychotherapist and life coach who could help others like me. Whether you are looking for short-term solutions or more in-depth therapy, we will work together in a safe and relaxing environment to discover and actualize the solutions you need in order to live a more fulfilling life.
I have been working with the LGBTQ+ community on a professional basis for over ten years. I began my mental health work at the NYC Gay and Lesbian Anti-Violence Project, and enhanced my experience with clinical positions at the NYC LGBT Community Center and Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC). I am a graduate of the Institute for Sex Education and Enlightenment.
