I offer warm, compassionate counseling to both couples and individuals. After graduating from Rutgers University with my MSW, I worked at an agency that served abused women, then opened my private practice. I served a general population with anxiety, depression, general life issues, and couples issues. I'm also LGBTQI affirmative.

With 20 years experience in the field, I can tell you there is always hope. I have seen individuals and couples transform their lives by working hard in therapy and having a commitment to the process. And you can too! I have a passion for what I do and have a two page list of of post-graduate extra training to help my clients!

My most valued additional trainings are CBT for individuals and Relational LIfe Therapy for couples. I'm certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals, and an advanced clinician in Relational Life Therapy . I'm also a sex therapist trained by Martha Kauppi, a leader in the field.

I'm proud to say I'm in practice with my colleague/ daughter, Alexandra. Our clients tell us we're an inspiration, that we must know how to navigate personal relationships because we live them. And they're right.

My clients tell me I'm easy to talk with and connect with. A bit of humor always helps as well!.

In my off hours I'm a digital artist. The greatest new thing that's happened to me: a playful, adorable puppy named Cooper :) My primary value is personal authenticity and my favorite quote is "There are only two lasting bequests we can give to our children. The one is roots and the other is wings."
