If you are feeling hopeless and overwhelmed, I have over 15 years of experience and want to work with you. My goal is to help you feel better and be able to live your best life. My approach to decreasing your anxiety, relational conflict or depression includes using nutrition and other lifestyle factors to help you see the whole picture. Your mental and physical health are closely intertwined and I want to help you make changes in both areas to improve your overall wellness. I offer services in both English and Spanish and I am passionate about incorporating nutrition and lifestyle to help you improve your mental wellness. I also have extensive experience working with teens with conduct and problem sexual behavior issues. Lastly, I use systems theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients improve and gain hope.
