Bio

Are you feeling completely overwhelmed by life or by what you’re hearing on the news? When anxiety hits does it feel like you can’t think of anything but the tightness in your chest or the sound of your heart beating in your ears? Or, do you find yourself feeling blah, sad, or hard to motivate yourself to do things that you used to like doing? If so, it doesn’t have to be like this forever! I believe that the body and mind are inter-connected and in order to make a change in one you have to involve the other. I believe in finding alternative, holistic ways of attending to the “symptoms” we are feeling. Instead of running away from uncomfortable or painful feelings, we will work slowly towards acceptance, change, and gratitude.

If this sounds like what you are looking for or even if it sounds different from anything you’ve tried before but you are curious about what it could mean for you, then book a free 15 minute consultation or contact me with any questions. I look forward to supporting you!
