Elyza Bertuzzi

My name is Elyza Bertuzzi MS, CAGS, LMHC (She, Her, Hers), I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with children 10 and up, Adolescents, and Adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment through difficult transitions, co-occurring disorders, self esteem, and a number of other symptoms that impact functioning at home, work, or school. I strive to support each individual or family in determining their own goals and helping them find success and hope in meeting their personal or family goals.

I use an empathetic, honest, accepting, and eclectic approach to help you address the feelings and thoughts that might be holding you back from where you want to go in life. I strive to provide a safe space for you as we work to help you determine your own path towards finding success in meeting the goals you set for yourself to achieve.

I have always prided myself on providing an open and accepting space no matter where someone is on their journey. I have supported individuals in better exploring their mental health, their identity, and utilizing the power of strength and motivation to support people in knowing they have all the power they need, they just need support to embrace and harness it.
