I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, depression, and poor self-esteem. I also help process grief and how to move forward after a loss, help with difficult life transitions or relationship issues. I would love to help you find direction and work to live more fully, healthy, and be more aware of and living within your values. We will partner together each session to make sure you feel heard and have time to process, to focus on your goals, making sure you have the information you need, the resources to help you continue to grow, and the coping tools that you can implement into your life.
In addition, I am certified in MommaCare for pregnancy loss and newborn death. Discovering you are pregnant and then suffering the loss of your child instead of planning for the future is uniquely painful and especially isolating. I strive to provide you a safe space and support as you navigate this experience.
