My goal is to empower you identify your strengths, advocate for your needs, and meet your unique goals. I integrate strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other frameworks depending on your needs. I am working towards a certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist under the supervision of Meredith Riddick, LPC, CEDS.

I help adolescents & young adults navigate areas such as: schoolwork; work/career stress; life transitions; dating/relationships; executive functioning, time management, and organizational struggles.
