I am working towards a certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist under the supervision of Meredith Riddick, LPC, CEDS.
I help adolescents & young adults navigate areas such as: schoolwork; work/career stress; life transitions; dating/relationships; executive functioning, time management, and organizational struggles. I also utilize a Health at Every Size and intuitive eating framework to help clients improve their relationship with food, exercise, & body image.
