I understand that it is often scary to be vulnerable and to share your most private thoughts and feelings with another person. Sometimes people worry that they will be judged or rejected after they let someone in. In my work with you, I will have unconditional positive regard for you; that means that I will accept you and value you for who you are no matter what you share with me. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, parents and adults. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness techniques, we will work collaboratively to identify and change the unhelpful thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we will set goals to help you work towards overcoming various challenges that arise in your life.
