Are you having difficulty coping with a life transition or loss? Do you feel alone in your experience, emotions and thoughts? Navigating hardships and challenges can be a difficult journey without the proper guidance and can appear confusing and overwhelming. I offer a safe space to process these experiences at your own pace while providing you the therapy tools to better understand your healing process and "new normal".
I use both cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in my practice. I am a trained EMDR therapist and a grief specialist. I can provide resources, education and tools to help you on your healing journey.
