Bio

During this incredibly uncertain time you may be feeling anxious, sad, angry, and confused. You might be isolated or suffering from too much togetherness. Important plans have been put on hold. You can’t use your usual coping tools (going outside, to the gym, classes, getting together with friends and family). And you don’t know how long it will last!

I know how difficult it is, but taking care of your mental health so that you can remain sane and physically healthy is really important. You might also have long-standing issues in your life that you haven’t had the time to deal with until now and are ready to tackle them.

I’m a collaborative, caring, and nonjudgmental therapist, with years of online therapy experience, and who uses mindfulness as the basis to best support you in getting back to you. I have significant training in mindfulness-based therapies (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all of which are incredibly helpful in reducing stress.

I know that when life is challenging it can be hard to know what to do or where to turn to. Finding the right support shouldn’t be an extra challenge. During this difficult time (And after, as well.), I would love to offer hope and help you learn new coping skills that will last beyond this moment. Please reach out for a free chat to learn more about how I may be able to help. You can also learn more about me and my approach when we’re not quarantined at my website www.fundamentalgrowth.com.
