You probably just want to feel better but the path of getting there can be complicated, otherwise you'd feel better already. If only the course was clearer. Beginning a therapy can be a bit like choosing the "red pill." If you're afraid of the truth but brave enough to try and find it, apprehensive but willing to unlearn the unhelpful ways of being and thinking, while open to new parts of a Self emerging, we may be a good fit for each other. The process is highly personal, deeply nuanced and unique. It's not glamorous or even appealing but it's better to not have to do it alone. If you want this (while simultaneously not wanting this) I look forward to getting to know you.
