I love walking with people as they grow, overcoming obstacles and learning to thrive in life and flourish in relationships, growing into all that God has created them to be.

I began practicing almost 10 years ago. As my practice has evolved, I've found that integrating the spiritual and the physical with the mental/emotional provides greater healing and growth than any one area alone. Besides being a marriage and family therapist, I practice as a spiritual director and a health coach. I have additional training in trauma, sexual addiction, and integrative mental health.
