I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, stress management and insomnia, and how these can adversely affect your relationships and daily life. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia as well as the US, I appreciate and understand cultural diversity and am sensitive to working with clients from different ethnicities and backgrounds. My time in SE Asia has also helped me bring a centered mindfulness to the therapy I practice.
I offer a CBT-I Sleep Solutions Clinic, to tackle insomnia and any distress arising from sleep deprivation or an over-reliance on meds. This scientifically proven 6 week treatment program, structured from extensive Harvard Medical School research, is entirely focused on improving sleep.
