I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, stress management and insomnia, and how these can adversely affect your relationships and daily life. My style is interactive and direct, and I am passionate about helping clients work through areas where they feel stuck and hopeless. Seeing your life begin to turn around can be profound. We will work together to discover your strengths and help you use your strengths to create positive, lasting change. If you are feeling hopeless or isolated in battling issues alone, or need someone to help you get to a better place, please reach out.

My approach is eclectic and drawn from both short and long-term evidence-based techniques. I regularly attend conferences and workshops to ensure I am up to date with developments in the field.

Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia as well as the US, I appreciate and understand cultural diversity and am sensitive to working with clients from different ethnicities and backgrounds. My time in SE Asia has also helped me bring a centered mindfulness to the therapy I practice.

I offer a CBT-I Sleep Solutions Clinic, to tackle insomnia and any distress arising from sleep deprivation or an over-reliance on meds. This scientifically proven 6 week treatment program, structured from extensive Harvard Medical School research, is entirely focused on improving sleep. It could be totally independent of other therapy you may be undergoing.
