I can help you get past that “something.” I’m trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is an active form of counseling. As your therapist, I will teach you new skills to manage tough feelings, and then support you as you put them into practice. Think of therapy as a workout for your mind, and I’m your trainer. I’m also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and I have a deep interest in the intersection of spirituality and psychology.
