Bio

My therapy is active and involved, and will ask you to sort through how you think about things, how you feel, your connected behaviors and what you want out of life that you are not getting. I help you develop compassion for yourself and your pain, and align your life with your values.
I primarily work with a type of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which uses mindfulness, values and acceptance to create lasting change. I bring to counseling experience as a parent, partner, mindfulness practitioner and possibly most importantly a sense of humor.
I completed my Master’s degree at Southern Oregon University in 2010 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon (#C3251), Arizona (#18811) and Colorado (#0016058). I have diverse experience including therapeutic work in digital therapeutics/wellness, education, career counseling, county mental health and homeless youth.
