Dr. Levin is a psychologist and a personal trainer/nutrition specialist, Her understanding of the mind and body allow her to assist families grieving the loss of a loved one, professionals in the throes of a career crisis, patients struggling with injury or illness, and people dealing with day-to-day stress.

Dr. Levin has served on the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Medical Quality, is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, regularly writes and presents on stress management, health/fitness and aviation safety and is a nationwide presenter for the Air Safety Institute. She is a co-author of textbook chapters on both anxiety and stress management.
