Stephen Shafer

I have a PHD in hard knocks. I am not the traditional therapist. I have gone through almost everything a person can go through and still live. I am willing to work with almost everyone. I have been in practice as a volunteer and professional since 1990 and in professional counseling full time owning my own practice since 2007. I deal with every kind of issue. I can and do deal with sexual assault, rape, molestation, and PTSD, VET and combat issues as well as gang related issues and anger management. I have become a therapist that has learned to work outside the box so I am not for everyone. But those who do fit here are usually helped fairly quickly as I do not believe in keeping clients for years. I walk with people on their journey through life.
