I What if you didn’t have to live this way?

If you struggle with anxiety, OCD, adult ADD/ADHD, or with chronic pain, I am here to help you answer this question. I find great joy in assisting my clients to overcome their greatest challenges and live more vibrant, meaningful lives.

I believe strongly in the indomitable power of the human mind. In other words, I believe that you already possess the strengths you need to overcome the challenges in your life; I’m here to help shine a light on those strengths, and help you find new ways to apply them. They say knowledge is power. My clients become empowered through uncovering knowledge of their own motivations, thoughts, behaviors, values, strengths and weaknesses. As they learn more about themselves, we work together to craft solutions and strategies that match their unique lives and needs.

My office is a safe, non-judgmental space for clients of all backgrounds. I am LGBTQIAA+ positive, body positive, and knowledgeable and friendly toward alternative relationship types and lifestyles, such as kink and polyamory. I also identify as a secular therapist, and I love working with those who have struggled with issues of faith and religion.

I believe strongly in working from a place of compassion, authenticity, and collaboration, to ensure you feel empowered to heal & grow in a way that is right for you and your unique life. If you find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeless, or confused, reach out–we’ll figure it out together.
