I am an intuitive and empathetic holistic counselor with a creative and humorous lens. I’m passionate about empowering individuals and communities, exploring ways in which plants and food can heal us and assisting in the transformation of personal perspectives and approaches in our lives to achieve complete health and happiness - mind, body and spirit!
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do your food and lifestyle choices trigger a disposition towards stress or anxiety?
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. Eight years after obtaining my Masters in Social Work, I studied integrative health coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This brought into fruition my profound belief in the power of food and how ALL parts of our lives contribute to our overall health and wellness.
