Michelle earned her master’s degree in counseling as well as an MBA from Wake Forest University. She has over fifteen years of experience in the counseling and education industry as a National Certified School Counselor (NCSC) and National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT). She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider (BC-TMH) and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in North Carolina.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Michelle’s style is eclectic and based on each client’s individual needs. Michelle’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, positive relationships, and team development for success, and she takes an action-oriented, person-centered approach with her clients.
