I am a Professional Life and Career Coach turned Therapist. I am passionate about helping people find a balance between thinking and feeling and helping them find the tools needed to start feeling better.
As a Coach for the last 10+ years, I have worked with hundreds of clients helping them to create results that make an impact in their lives. I have worked with highly functioning professionals but in my own process, realized that healing anxiety, stress, depression, and past trauma through therapy is needed for healing. I understand the unique issues and challenges of the highly successful and overachieving professional lifestyle. I believe that to get to one place of balance, fulfillment, and happiness, one must start the emotional healing process.
As a therapist, I use an integrative approach based on the client's needs. I am trained in Cognitive-Based Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. In addition to this, I bring in mindfulness, goal-setting, life and career coaching as and when needed. My basic approach to therapy is a non-judgmental presence, which creates the container needed to explore part of one-self that need to be healed.
