Bio

Do you often feel weighed down, lost, or just want something to change? If you are struggling with any kind of challenge, whether it be something from your past or a new life transition, come talk to me. I can help you move through your difficult times and walk beside you on the journey to reaching your goals. We all face challenges at one point or another in our lives, and I don’t believe we’re meant to go through them alone.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Oklahoma and National Certified Counselor. I am a therapist at Let’s Talk, LLC in Tulsa. I graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah with my B.A. in Psychology in 2017. I went on to earn my M.S. in Counseling with an emphasis in addiction counseling from Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow in 2019.

I believe every person is capable of making the changes they desire. It is my goal to help you realize your potential by utilizing all of the tools at my disposal. Every person is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, especially with so many options.
