Kevin Bradley
For the past 17 years, I have provided individual and family therapy at home, school, and community. During this time, I have learned the importance of meeting individuals and their families where they are, to build a safe and trusting relationship, and to promote healthy change throughout their lives. I work with individuals and families to create a comfortable and open environment to foster change and growth throughout the therapeutic process.
I have implemented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Behavior Modification, Mindfulness, and Family Systems Theory to work with children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Some of these difficulties included attention issues (ADHD), emotional regulation, school refusal, depression, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The focus of my work has been on improving interpersonal communication between family members, addressing social skill deficits and co-parenting, especially during life transitions. I have utilized a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to support individuals and families throughout life domains.
